Woke up to an amazing breakfast spread, with the friendliest staff who decorated our room for a birthday surprise. The pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation. Truly special!

Had a fun 5-night trip in Bogota, and I used my points for this place. The club lounge was a lifesaver for breakfast. the fresh omelettes were delish! Also, the shuttle ride was quick, but it took a bit too long for check-in since they were understaffed. Overall, enjoyed my stay a lot!

However, the noise from the planes flying overhead was a bit disruptive at times.
